Return Policy
Pixmax photo's number one priority is customer satisfation. if you are not happy with your purchase we have designed a flexible return policy that is condusive to customer needs. However we do have some criteria that must be complied with. Please make yourself familiar with our policy to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
You will need to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). RMA numbers must be requested by phone or email within 10 calender days after receiving your purchase. Orders that are returned without an RMA are not accpeted by our shipping department. RMA numbers are valid for 5 calender days and must be postmarked within that term. Lost, stolen and delayed packages are the customers responsibility. Neatly post your label and RMA on the outer box. Please do not label and ship the manfacturer packing. Shipping and handeling both ways are not refundable.
All Returned products must include all manufacture literature, packaging, and included supplies. Items returned without these critical items cannot be accepted. Once your return is accepted it will be accpeted for restocking. Although not often, Pixmax Photo reserves the right to charge up to a twenty percent restocking fee and all returns and exchanges. Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours after receipt. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund credits to post to your account.Discoubt packages cannot be broken up. Partial returns on bundle packages will result in an adjustment to regular price for items that were not returned. Special orders are not refundable. Extended warranties are not refundable. Professional Media is not refundable. Defective or DOA merchandise is for exchange or repair only.
